WORSHIP CONNECTION

The Worship Connection is in the “Get Connected” part of the purpose at Elkton Baptist Church. We have to be connected to the One True God to begin our Journey of being a follower of Jesus. We were made to worship Him.

WORSHIP CHOIR

The Worship Choir is open to everyone High School age and above. The purpose of this group is to be worship leaders for our 10:00 am Worship services.

We practice at 5:00 pm on Sundays in room 103. All you have to do to join is come to practice and have a heart to Worship Jesus.

We will be working on a special worship and discipleship project for Easter 2010, 3: 16 The Numbers of Hope. Three simple numbers and 26 words from the Book of John are one of the most famous passages of Scripture in the Bible. And in a dark world where numbers such as 9/11 can dredge up feelings of despair, 3:16 becomes a set of numbers that offer hope.

P150 PRAISE BAND

This is our Jr. High and High school praise band. It is named after the worship passage found in Psalm 150. We practice on Wednesdays at 5:00 and lead the 6:00 worship on Wednesday evenings. We are available for Children’s and youth worship and evangelistic events.

WORSHIP PRAISE BAND

This group consists of keyboards, guitars, bass, drums, brass and woodwind instruments to lead the 10:00 am worship service. Practice is at 8:15 am on Sundays. To join this group bring your instrument and come sit in on a practice.

KID CONNECTION MUSIC & BIBLE STUDY

This class is for Kindergarten through 5^th grade. We will study Bible Biographies and perform musicals based on the life of our Bible hero. Our Spring 2010 study will be about Queen Esther. This is a part of the Journey discipleship at 6:00 Sundays.
