Upward Basketball and Cheerleading promotes character and self-esteem in every child!
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:UPWARD registration forms are available ONLINE – You may print Upward Registration form (link above) and complete. You may bring registration forms and payment with you to player orientation. Partial and multiple child scholarships are available.
NOTE: Players and Cheerleaders will practice and play at Elkton Baptist Church, Christian Life Center.
Early Bird Registration ends August 27
Cost per child for Basketball or Cheerleading is $45 Registration cost per child is $55 after August 27
Cost includes uniform, team picture and end of the year gift.
PLAYER EVALUATIONS/CHEERLEADER ORIENTATION:Every child must attend on basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
Drop in anytime between 5 and 7:30 PM; the process takes about 15 minutes, but please allow extra time due to the number of children that will be present. If you have children in different age groups, they can be evaluated on the same night...no need for another trip! Evaluations & Orientations will take place at the EBC Christian Life Center as follows: 1st thru 5th Grade Boys/Girls
